Stage Electrics’ Training Off to ‘Flying’ Start

Stage Electrics are continuing their successful training programme with a record number of courses already confirmed for the first half of 2007, including their new ‘Advanced Rigging and Flying’ Course.

A total of 19 dates have been scheduled between February and June, with places now available on courses such as PAT Testing, Working at Heights, Fire Safety, Electricity at Work and the ever popular Pyrotechnics Safety Awareness.

This year new topics have been introduced including two ‘Basics’ courses ‘Introduction to Rigging’ and ‘Introduction to Lighting’ to cater for those new to the industry. Master classes and advanced courses are an exciting addition to the programme. A ‘Moving Lights Master Class’ is being held in Manchester on the 12th April and London on the 10th May and ‘Advanced Rigging and Flying Training’ is taking place in London on the 29th March.

Training Manager Sara Alarabi said: “Our courses are held throughout the UK, from London to Scarborough and Bristol to Lincoln and we are very grateful to our partner venues for making their facilities available. A full list of our scheduled courses is available on our website and we are still busy planning dates for the rest of the year.”
