Andy Turner Joins PSCo Rental Team
Andy Turner (pictured) has joined the PSCo rental team as their new client support manager, a new role that has been designed to improve client liaison for rental projects, particularly with the company’s advanced products.
PSCo’s managing director Stuart Holmes explained: “In response to customer feedback, we decided to tailor a unique role with the sole focus of maintaining client satisfaction. We required someone who had the expertise to fully support our clients from the specification stage up to on-site support, particularly for the ‘advanced’ products in the rental fleet. Andy was a natural choice as his past experience means he knows exactly what clients need and when.”
Andy worked for Trigger Concepts before moving to PSCo, where he worked as a production manager working across a broad spectrum of events. Andy’s technical knowledge of integrating ‘Advanced’ products on site and using AV effectively will mean that PSCo’s diverse rental clients can all benefit from his input and assistance.
Andy Turner said: “Joining PSCo has given me a great opportunity to work in an innovative and growing company, using my experience to enhance client satisfaction. As I have been one of PSCo’s clients I am aware of exactly what customer support is required and what really counts to the overall success of a rental. By assisting clients through each step of their hire I hope to build client loyalty and make the products really accessible.”
