Hippotizer Software Update 3.0.11c
Having listened to user feedback and doing a little homework themselves, the result is the latest Hippotizer software release 3.0.11c. Many improvements have been made to the MIDI controls and DMX patching and added is a de-interlacing effect and timeline sync - not to mention improvements to the Synchronator to streamline cross-unit synching. A general ‘clean-up’ and fine tune all round has been undertaken.
The new optional DMX tail support provides a USB/DMX interface to control the Hippotizer directly via DMX, without the need for a DMX/Artnet converter - handy if your show doesn't run DMX over Ethernet. Similarly you can cut down your number of DMX channels to virtually nothing and control any timeline through a special set of DMX commands with the ability to jump to any set marker anywhere along the timeline. It’s easy to use and requires only four channels of DMX!
Finally, the new and improved V3 PixelMapper is now shipping as part of the installer without the need for a separate add on.
Installers for the new software for both Hippotizer and the remote control software ZooKeeper, including the latest DMX chart, are available from the ftp on the website.
