Stagebar 54 Wins Best Lighting Product Award
Martin’s LED Stagebar 54 was awarded the ‘Best Lighting Product’ accolade at the 2007 Professional Production and Audio Production Awards hosted by Spanish magazine Producción Audio. The gala event, now in its fifth year, acknowledges the technological and human efforts put into practice in the audiovisual and professional audio industry.
More than 500 professionals from the entertainment technology sector attended the awards ceremony held at the Juan Carlos I Trade Fairground (Madrid Trade Fairs Institute - IFEMA) on November 6th. An impressive technical light, sound, water and laser show was the perfect backdrop for the gala, which also marked the opening of Broadcast 07.
The Stagebar 54 is a compact, powerful LED luminaire with a comprehensive color range and all-in-one simplicity that functions as a pixel bar for displaying imagery and video or as a wash luminaire for floodlighting surfaces and stages. On hand in Madrid to accept the award on behalf of Martin Professional’s Spanish representative, Ecler, was Luis Barrado.
The awards jury was made up of a host of prestigious lighting and audio professionals. Nominees and finalists were selected by Producción Audio and thousands of readers through the Internet. The awards ceremony’s seal of independence and jury of industry experts have made this event a national and international event of reference after only five years.
