LDR Appoint Teletec as New Distributor for Mexico
LDR’s Fabiano Besio recently flew to Mexico City to appoint the company Teletec as the new distributor for LDR lighting products in Mexico. With more than 36 years of experience in the industry, Teletec has become an important company in the Mexican lighting industry. “By adding LDR into our portfolio, Teletec will now be capable of offering a complete package for the professional theatre, TV and architectural lighting business,” says David Alexander of Teletec.
Teletec will stock the full line of LDR theatrical/architectural products, including its winning Canto followspot line. “I’m excited to have Teletec represent LDR products and I’m sure that this agreement will benefit and increase our common interests in Mexico for the mutual a continued success of both companies,” said LDR’s Fabiano Besio. During Fabiano’s visit Teletec won two important projects - for the supply of LDR Fresnel products (Suono, Nota and Tono) and the 1200 MSR Canto followspot to new theatres and to the national network Televisa.
Established in 1971, Teletec is one of the largest lighting distributors in Mexico, offering their customers a national sales and technical team - experienced representatives who service its dealer network from their main office in Mexico City. Its in-house service department is equipped with state-of-the-art testing equipment as well as a large spare parts inventory. Teletec is also well know in the television sector. For best service of the Mexican TV market, a network of subsidiaries are located in Cancun.
