Clock Audio Training Seminar

British microphone manufacturer, Clockaudio, recently held a brand-training seminar for it’s newly appointed German repping firms.
Organised in conjunction with Clockaudio’s German partner, Pro Audio Technik, the seminar covered every facet of sales and support for the brand of microphones and associated audio equipment.
Rod Geary, Clockaudio’s sales and marketing manager, explained the thinking behind the seminar. ”It’s not enough to send out a sample kit and expect sales to roll in. We consider it vital that the people out in the field not only understand the product but also appreciate the quality of the technology and support that backs that product up.
Everyone who represents Clockaudio, wherever their territory may be, should be equipped with the knowledge and confidence these seminars provide and we are always delighted to spend time with people to explain why we are so enthusiastic about the products. We have found that this gives people their own enthusiasm for Clockaudio, which helps them to succeed in their own marketplace.”
Speaking on behalf of the group of rep firms that attended the seminar, (a list which included Handelsvertretungen GmbH, Jörg Kramer and Dr.-Kittler-Electronik GmbH), and which had up until recently been representing AKG, Josef Becker of Pro Audio Tecknik, said: “This has given us all a far greater understanding of Clockaudio, not only of the product range, but of the strong people and principals behind the company. The technology is clearly in place, the product range is exciting and the background information we now have will help us all to establish Clocakaudio as a leader in the German market place.”
