Lancelyn Appoints Second Project Manager

Lancelyn Theatre Supplies has appointed Andy Orme as project manager, working out of the company’s Oxford office.

Andy brings over 25 years of experience in audio installation, technical support, sales and project management, covering many aspects of this varied industry. His role is to provide technical back up and management to Lancelyn’s every increasing installation department, and assist the senior project manager James Butler.

Andy joins Lancelyn Theatre Supplies from Martin Professional where he was the sole technical and sales support for the Mach Speaker Range. Previous posts have included positions as Kelsey Acoustics, Glantre Engineering, Maverick Presentation Products, The Oxford Sound Company and Elliott Brothers Audio Systems. He has also undertaken freelance work on many broadcast, studio, theatrical and commercial projects along the way.

His projects have included: Royal Albert Hall, Festival Hall & Q.E.H. O.B. facilities plus Radios One, Two, Four and World Service for The BBC, private studios for George Michael, Van Morrison (including OB Truck), Classic Sounds (former Decca Recordings), The Mill, Angel, Metropolis, Abbey Road and Air Studios - plus The Soho Theatre, The Royal Court Theatre, R.A.D.A. performance spaces and too many educational and commercial installs to list.

Lancelyn has also welcomed Sara Ingham to their accounts and administration department. Sara has over 25 years experience in various administration roles and she will be helping to streamline the accounts system and take an active role in helping with all aspects of administration.

Reg Berry, branch manager, welcomes both Sara and Andy to Lancelyn’s ever-growing team, and wishes them all the very best and a long and fruitful partnership.
