Leisuretec and GDS to Join Forces at ABTT Show
Leisuretec Distribution and Global Design Solutions (GDS) are coming together at ABTT to showcase the award winning Blues System, the products renowned for fast revolutionising blue working light systems in theatres.
Designed by GDS and distributed exclusively in the UK by Leisuretec, the system’s flexibility makes it ideal for numerous applications including under fly floors, wing space and crossovers. The system has also been specified in a major UK theatre as part of the front of house lighting scheme which has also been included as part of the building’s emergency lighting system.
Already installed in some of the country’s leading theatres, the products are available in blue, warm white and red and have created hype world-wide following their recent US and Australian launches.
GDS will also be showcasing their new innovative Stage Managers Desk which was manufactured for the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 2006. Since then, the company has supplied three more desks to major UK venues and is working closely with both the British and Irish Stage Management Association for both consultation and advice.
