Already sold out, this year’s show will play host over 100 of exhibiting companies filling all three halls to capacity.

With several new exhibitors, including ChamSys Consoles, Sunbaba Fabrics and Northern Stage Services, the Show presents a comprehensive range of products and services for professionals and non technical users involved with equipping, refurbishing or up-grading their drama studio, theatre, auditorium or multi-purpose performance space.

One of the show’s aims is to illustrate all aspects of performance technology and offer practical advice from leading suppliers about the enormous value that can be added by investing in technology.

Also illustrating the Show’s commitment to education drama schools from around the country will be exhibiting their specialist technical training courses. These include The Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Mountview, The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Lamda and The Central School of Speech and Drama.

Expanding the Show’s attendance year on year, the organisers are committed to building on the show’s on-going success. An increase in on-line pre-registration, which is offered free of charge, is forecasted via the Show’s enhanced website.

Also, an improved Registration and Welcome Area has been planned for The Lindley Hall. By dedicating more space to a new entrance point, the visitor experience will be enhanced. More registration stations will speed up the visitor arrivals procedure dramatically whilst optimising the Show’s Vincent Square entrance.

Celebrating technical innovation the Show’s annual Awards will take place in the Commonwealth Club, Northumberland Avenue, on Wednesday 13th June.

Theatre Show director Roger Fox commented: “We’re very pleased with the development of the Show this year. Our priority is to offer expanded facilities for our visitors, hence our commitment to doubling the space available in the registration area. We believe that this year we will continue to forge the link between technological innovation and education, whilst offering an opportunity for dialogue between end users and manufacturers.”

Registering to attend the 29th ABTT Theatre Show (13th-14th June, Royal Horticultural Halls, London) couldn’t be easier – simply log on: http://www.abtt.org.uk/theatreshow and register for free.
