MC2 Makes Major Sale to Touring Company
MC2 Audio has announced that their E45 amplifier will be making its first appearance on The Pyramid stage at the Glastonbury Festival this year.
Following an initial enquiry to MC2 Audio earlier this year and after exhaustive listening tests, Stefan Imhof of Audio Plus placed an order for 64 E45s to run all the Mid-Hi Enclosures of his Funktion-One touring system which will be on the Pyramid Stage this June at Glastonbury.
“We are really thrilled to be supplying Audio Plus with amps for Glastonbury”, said MC2's Ian McCarthy. “This is the biggest single order we've had in the UK for the E45 and it is very gratifying indeed to be getting this sort of recognition from such a respected touring specialist for this most prestigious of festivals.”
