Simon Allan Named Technical Product Manager - Moving Heads for Martin Professional A/S
On June 1st Martin UK employee Simon Allan started working for Martin Professional’s Danish headquarters in a new position as Technical Product Manager - Moving Heads. Simon leaves his position as Martin UK’s Product Manager SSE/Controllers in the capable hands of Matt Cowles.
With 14 years of industry experience, Simon is a well known face in the lighting community, both in the UK and internationally. In his new position for Martin Professional A/S he will be assisting with the maintenance and development of the moving head product portfolio as well as contributing to Martin’s burgeoning LED line of products. In addition, he will continue to develop his close relations with UK and international designers and specifiers. When not in the field, Simon will be splitting his time between the Martin UK offices and Martin’s headquarter offices in Aarhus, Denmark.
“This is a great new challenge which I have been looking forward to starting,” Simon commented. “Dealing with the global market and helping to keep Martin at the forefront of innovation will be very rewarding.”
