Turbosound Announces New Greek Distributor
Turbosound has appointed a new Greek distributor, Athens-based Metro Audio Systems. The company was founded by Pavlos Symperas and Tassos Ghionis in 1994 and is now one of the leading suppliers of professional audio equipment in Greece.
“We already have our own successful brand of loudspeakers, which we mainly use for permanent installations,” says Symperas. “However, our turnover has increased significantly in recent times, our clients continue to show a great deal of confidence in us, and we believe this is the time to increase our offering with a complementary range of high quality, reasonably priced products.
“Turbosound has an excellent reputation for both its products and customer care. With Metro Audio Systems providing a personal and professional service to all its customers, we have the potential to get behind Turbosound’s products and gain the part of the Greek market that rightfully belongs to them.”
“Metro Audio approached us at Frankfurt’s ProLight + Sound,” adds Turbosound’s European sales manager Chris Hinds. “We believe that there are a lot of opportunities in the Greek market and Pavlos and his team will take us where we need to go.”
