Selecon Assist Prague Quadrennial

As part of the recent Prague Quadrennial students and young practitioners of Scenography, Costume, Lighting, Sound, Puppetry, Technical Theatre and Audio Visual were given unique opportunities to take part in a series of exciting and challenging workshops delivered by a team of distinguished educators and internationally renowned practitioners.

The topic of Technical Theatre included workshops and masterclasses delivered by such industry luminaries as Christopher Popowich (USA) on Designing with LEDS, Kees Van de Lagemaat (The Netherlands) on Colour and Movement and a two-day workshop led by Beverley Emmons (USA) on Ways to Think About Colour.

Selecon supplied a large number of Rama PCs to help equip the Alfred ve dvoře Theatre for these lighting labs, just one of the numerous venues in and around Prague’s Industrial Palace used to support this giant international festival.
