Case Studies in Crowd Management, by Chris Kemp, Iain Hill, Mick Upton and Mark Hamilton, is the latest title in ETP’s Safety Series. This important work has been compiled from a series of research projects carried out by the staff of the Centre for Crown Management and Security Studies at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College, and seminar work carried out in Berlin and Groningen with partner Yourope.
