SAN-EI Appoints Stage Electrics European Distributors for XenonSpot
Stage Electrics has announced that they have been appointed exclusive distributors of the XS-2001 Xenon followspot manufactured by Japanese company SAN-EI Electric.
The XS-2001 builds on the strength of the XS-2000 with its compact, tough, built to last design and features a new and improved electronic ballast system offering increased efficiency.
XS-2001’s are possibly the brightest long throw followspot on the market with Xenon lamps providing exceptional daylight colour rendering. The units also offer ease of operation with three insulated handles giving smooth horizontal, vertical and peak / flat fields and also offer flicker less operation and low noise levels at just 45db =/-1 at 1 metre.
Stage Electrics has already supplied two of the new XS-2001 units to the Wolverhampton Grand Theatre. “The XS-2001 fits our requirements just right,” said Ian Griffiths from the Grand. “They are compact units but still produce a great blue / white daylight light due to the Xenon lamp.”
