Janie Penny Joins Stagecraft Live Events
Creative experts at Stagecraft Live Events have welcomed music industry professional Janie Penny to their Salisbury-based team. Janie, who joins as account manager has over 24 years experience in production and has worked with leading names in the music industry such as Elton John, Van Morrison and Bon Jovi.
Managing director at Stagecraft, David Goodrich said: “Janie brings a wealth of expertise and experience to Live Events and we are delighted to welcome her to our team. Over the last few years we have worked on some very exciting projects and events and Janie’s knowledge of production management will be invaluable.”
Janie Penny will be responsible for managing national and international conferences and events as part of her new role at Stagecraft. From the creation of initial ideas through to completion and review of events, she will be involved in all aspects of the production.
“I am thrilled to be working with Stagecraft and have really enjoyed the first four months in my new role. Live Events is a growing sector of Stagecraft and the company is known for its creative and inspirational approach. My work with artists such as Elton John, Mary J Blige and Ronan Keating, and involvement at events such as The Edinburgh International Film Festival, has enabled me to develop strong management and creative skills and I am looking forward to applying these to Live Events,” commented Janie Penny.
