Unusual Sign Prolyte Distribution Deal
Unusual Rigging has announced a major distribution agreement with Prolyte Products of Holland. They are now stockholders of the X30, H30 and H40 multi-purpose truss ranges as well as the Stage DEX range.
The X series is a lightweight truss, commonly used in the exhibition and rental sectors and the H series has a thicker wall offering extended durability. The staging system, Stage DEX, provides a comprehensive staging solution with a high quality product at exceedingly competitive rates.
Signing the deal at Prolyte’s headquarters in Leek, Holland, Alan Jacobi, MD and founder of Unusual Rigging, commented: “No wonder Prolyte has set new standards for our industry. You only have to take a tour around their production unit to see the level of detail, talent and ingenuity. It’s absolutely amazing. If you’re going to be serious about manufacturing truss and staging, this is the only way to do it.”
Stock at Unusual will be available from the end of January including triangular and square types of the X30 series as well as square H30 and H40 truss. 200 x 100cm staging units will also be available from stock. In addition, the hugely successful range of Liftket electric chain hoists continue to be distributed by Unusual as well as their extensive range of rigging components, accessories and specialised PPE.
