AV Stumpfl to Present New Software for Control Technology at ISE 2009
At ISE 2009 in Amsterdam in February AV Stumpfl is to present a new software tool for trend-setting control technology. This software tool allows linking of "different worlds" via the open IP standard. The range of applications is vast: entire building control systems, entertainment applications for individual or multi-room control systems, media and conference rooms, lighting engineering, building technology or digital signage including content management.
This new software tool allows for efficient project implementation by the system integrator by automatically creating recurring steps and activities. A clear workflow that has been especially designed for this purpose aids in implementing the projects. The fact that any visualization can be developed faultlessly and in clear steps by simply dragging and & dropping the control elements is another clear advantage compared to time-consuming proprietary solutions.
Once the range of functions has been defined, visualization grants even more room for creative freedom: the interface can be customized entirely freely in accordance with customer requirements. The end user can now also be delighted and excited by animations and dissolve effects.
The completed control and visualization program is easily transferred to Windows-based terminal equipment and runs independently without any central control computer.
A flexible licensing model in line with the required range of functions and the advantage that one single production tool can be used for a variety of different projects makes an ever increasing number of system integrators favor the AV Stumpfl solution. IP-based control technology allows integration of terminal equipment from various manufacturers via their network connection. If there is no such connection available, the Modules developed by AV Stumpfl especially for this purpose "translate" the information for the corresponding device port, e.g. RS232, DMX, etc.
