HHB Appoints APEX in France

HHB Communications has appointed APEX France as exclusive distributor of HHB professional audio products in France, with immediate effect. The move comes at a time when the HHB FlashMic Digital Recording Microphone is firmly established as the portable recorder of choice for journalists and broadcasters with 10,000 units sold worldwide, and as HHB expands its offering with the launch of the CDR-882 DualBurn CD Recorder and UDP-89
Professional Universal DVD/CD Player.
APEX already enjoys a strong partnership with HHB in its native Belgium where the company has successfully distributed HHB products for some time. Now APEX continues the development of its business in France with the
addition of HHB products to an impressive portfolio that already includes Chromatec, Digico, Lawo, Riedel, Soundtracs and LSB Virtual Studio Manager.
The new appointment was celebrated at the recent Siel-Satis-Radio Show in Paris where interest in all HHB products was strong, and from where APEX sales director Rik Hoerée predicted a bright future for HHB in France. "We see great potential for HHB in France based on our very positive experience in Belgium," Hoerée enthused. "Products like the FlashMic demonstrate that HHB is a highly innovative manufacturer and we¹re looking forward to making many more such groundbreaking products available to audio professionals in France in the years to come."
Also speaking at the show, HHB export sales manager Matthew Fletcher said, "APEX has already contributed to the strong growth in European sales of HHB products through its success in Belgium. We're confident that APEX can now help HHB to achieve its full potential in France by applying the same combination of customer focus and industry expertise."
