Stage Electrics Light up Bill's Tinselworm

Stage Electrics is supplying all lighting for the 10-week West End run of Bill Bailey's Tinselworm tour, playing at the Gielgud Theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue.
Following a sell-out arena tour of the UK in 2007 and a sell-out tour of New Zealand and Australia in 2008, this tour marks Tinselworm's return to the UK. As in any Bill Bailey show, the subject matter is broad ranging; tattoos, marketing, doorbells, post-war banking secrecy, travellers' tales and the alternate reality of Bill Bailey's world. The show includes animation by award-winning film maker, Joe Magee, all of which combine to make this a verbal and visual treat.
Lighting for the show includes 26 Martin Professional MAC 2000 profiles, six Martin Professional MAC 600 NTs, two Ivanhoe followspots and 30 1kW GES pendant fittings, custom made by Stage Electrics' manufacturing department. The tour is produced by Phil McIntyre Entertainments, with Andy Gibbs as production manager. Lighting designer is Gurdip Mahal, lighting director is Pryderi Baskerville and production electrician is Tom Law.
