GLP in Spain with Entertainment Equipment Supplies
As from December 2008 EES (Entertainment Equipment Supplies) became the new distributor of GLP products in Spain. EES managing director and owner Nacho Acha-Orbea spoke of the new distributorship: "The lighting market is changing very fast and in just four years we have seen LED lights come to forefront of entertainment lighting. At EES we want to ensure we can supply the best product to the market, so we investigated manufacturers of LED lighting and found that GLP offered one of the best ranges we have seen. We also represent Vari*Lite in Spain and have found that the Vari*Lites and GLP products such as the Impression can be mixed exceptionally well. GLP have been extremely professional and we are very happy with the way things are going."
GLP business director, Kasper Gissel said of the new business arrangement: "We are very fortunate to have EES and Nacho on board. I could not think of a more qualified and experienced partner in Spain within the lighting business. Nacho immediately saw the Impression as the only LED moving head on the market that will meet the requirements of professional lighting customers in Spain. And also importantly - at the right price."
Along with GLP's award winning Impression, EES will also be distributing the whole GLP range of professional moving lights and controller.
