LSC Expands in the UK
LSC has announced that Aubs Tredget (pictured) has recently joined the LSC team and taken up the role as business development manager for the UK and Irish markets.
Working closely with White Light, the official UK and Ireland distributor, Aubs will concentrate on the continuing development of the markets whilst offering sales and marketing support across the product range for both the distributor and their dealer network.
Aubs studied marketing as well as film and TV production in his native Australia. On graduation he enjoyed freelancing in Australia and New Zealand for ten years before finding himself in the UK accepting the newly created role of marketing manager for White Light. One of his first tasks in 2004 was to reinvigorate the company's brand.
After four years at White Light Aubs felt it was time to do a little reinvigorating of his own. "It was time for a new challenge and taking on a business development role is a natural progression. I know the market and like the people," he says. "As White Light is the exclusive UK LSC distributor it will be nice to maintain those contacts.
"There are a lot of similarities between the job I did for White Light and the job I have with LSC," he says. "Both are well known companies with great reputations and fantastic offerings. I will concentrate, now as I did then, on getting the LSC brand and its values out there, because I believe that quality and functionality are things the market will easily recognise for itself."
