White Light the Choice for Unique Venues in London
"Evocative" was how the lighting scheme created by White Light for the Unique Venues of London's annual client party was described by the organisation which represents 68 of the city's leading event venues.
White Light has long been a preferred supplier to the UVL venues, providing lighting for an enormous range of events at locations including the Kew Gardens, the Science Museum, the London Eye - and the Transport Museum, which played host to this event for more than 250 guests.
As well as showing off one venue and allowing guests to meet representatives from the others, the party offered entertainment from Private Drama, close up magic from Spencer Wood, music from Prelude, food from Searcys, contemporary floral designs from Lavender Green - all brought to life by the power of lighting.
As in so much of its corporate and events work, the White Light team made use of LED lighting technology to provide spectacular lighting with the low energy demands and low heat output. As well as being quick to set up and environmentally friendly, this equipment is also perfectly suited for use in UVL's sensitive galleries and historic buildings. White Light also made use of their extensive range of products specifically developed to allow lighting for events to be set up as quickly and unobtrusively as possible even in challenging, historic venues.
