JM Rental Invests in 1000 Panels of Lighthouse R16 LED Screen
A larger number of high profile events across the Asian continent that require large-scale video reinforcement will enjoy better image quality in 2008 and beyond, as long-term LED screen user JM Rental has just invested in 1,000 additional panels of R16 LED screen from its preferred partner, leading LED screen manufacturer Lighthouse Technologies Ltd in January.
Equivalent to an area of 770m2 - which would cover much of an average-sized football pitch - the investment by Hong Kong-based JM Rental demonstrates the company’s total commitment to servicing the Asian event market’s ever-increasing demand for large-scale LED screens with the best available products.
With a pixel pitch of 15.9mm and resolution of 3,969 pixels per square metre, Lighthouse R16 panels offer colour reproduction, high contrast levels and 5000 nits of brightness that are unsurpassed by any other large format LED screen. Equally suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, the seamless connection system means that assembly and maintenance of large-scale screens is extremely easy.
Such is the demand for the R16 that the new panels were immediately put to work on the national annual celebration in Singapore, the Chingay Parade, which took place in February. JM Rental was appointed as the official LED Screen Partner for the iconic event, supplying a turnkey solution from technical support through media production. The key elements were the two 12.24m (W) x 9.12m (H) screens where the 30 Chingay Parade sponsors broadcast their brand messages.
JM Rental already has a significant number of bookings for the new panels in 2008, which will see the R16 panels at many of the big events of this year.
