Show-Way Organisers Report First Event Success
At its debut on the international scene, Show-Way 2008 proved the validity of the formula chosen by the exhibitors, report organisers APIAS, the Italian industry trade association.
Show-Way is a new show and the aims of the exhibitors and visitors were new. During its three days, large numbers of important business sector players met in the modern setting of the Bergamo trade fair centre. This confirmed the success of the formula chosen by the organizers which gave rise to a high-level show for expert and specialized exhibitors. It received a suitable response with a large number of interesting, but above all highly competent and selected visitors.
Show-Way 2008 came into being because it was expressly requested by the majority of APIAS members. They wanted to create an event with a high technological and innovative level that follows changing market conditions and real company needs as closely as possible. The show saw the participation of some of the most prestigious companies operating in the sector today.
This success was also confirmed by the large proportion of foreign visitors, including major international players, which proved both the international value of the show and the validity of the location. And thanks to the vicinity of Orio al Serio international airport, the journey to the trade fair was easy and comfortable. Professionals, both among the exhibitors and the visitors, appreciated the exclusively professional elegant atmosphere, which favoured business discussion, increasing the satisfaction across all sectors.
A further valuable aspect of the show was the series of workshops organized on topical subjects, according to the interests of the sector, with leading international speakers. It was a scientific extra which has laid the foundations for constant professional improvement in the sector thanks to vocational training and a synergy between manufacturers and users.
Therefore the outcome of the first Show-Way experience with APIAS and Promoberg broadly confirmed expectations and the widespread sense of satisfaction felt among the visitors and exhibitors when visiting the pavilions.
