A.C.’s Rigging Division and Out Board Take Control of Their Future

A.C. Lighting’s Rigging Division has announced its partnership with Out Board and can confirm it is now a full-line stocking dealer for their latest professional LV and DV chain-hoist controllers. Out Board is a recognised industry standard when it comes to motor controllers, making it the first choice for A.C. and their customers.

As a full-line stocking dealer, A.C. can provide these high quality controllers off the shelf for same day despatch or A.C.’s in-house team can assemble a bespoke system in a custom built flight case for the client’s individual requirements.

The latest range of Out Board motor controllers are a perfect complement to A.C. Rigging’s existing partnerships with other professional manufacturers such as Litec (trussing systems), CM Lodestar and Crosby to name a few. All have a long, unrivalled reputation within their market sectors and together can provide a perfect solution to any rigging requirement.

A.C. Lighting’s rigging sales manager Adam Beaumont commented: “I am delighted to partner with Out Board and be able to work with such a leading brand, whose products fit together perfectly with our existing ranges. We looked at several options, but the products that distinguished themselves as the front runner and the only real contenders for us were those made by Out Board. We are looking forward to a long and successful relationship with them.”

The full range of professional LV and DC controllers have been built to survive the rigours of touring life, with accessories such as, remote hand controllers and remote GO and E-stop units. The fact that the units can easily be linked together to create larger systems make them the ideal choice for rental companies.

Out Board director Dave Haydon comments: "We have seen unprecedented growth in our motor controller sales since we re-launched with the new the LV-Series and DV-Series just over a year ago, and we greatly value the substantial commitment and support we have received from A.C. in helping us achieve wider market penetration as a key component of the new A.C. Rigging division's portfolio."
