Leisuretec Report Vestax VCM-100 Success
Leisuretec Distribution has reported superb sales of the Vestax VCM-100 DJ USB Midi Controller, with the first two shipments selling straight through to market.
The VCM-100, a smart cut down version of the Vestax VCI-100 (launched last year), has been creating waves since its recent UK launch. “The VCM-100’s compact size and metal casing are first class, with the unit boasting superb features,” said Andy Duffield of Leisuretec, exclusive UK Vestax distributors. “The unit comes complete with knobs and cross faders to give a ‘hands on’ feel for anyone using music software for their sound system; it’s fast becoming a hot product for the digital music creation market.”
The VCM comes with a VAI40 sound card, enabling simple and complete connectivity with existing or installed sound systems. The sound card yields plenty of inputs and outputs with the unit providing a more aesthetic DJ feel to extracting music from your computer. An RK-100 Rack Kit is now also available providing a perfectly sized laptop stand for the VCM.
Other recent products by Vestax include the VDA-1000 portable Digital Power Amplifier. Designed for the new generation of computer remix DJ's the VDA-100 has USB connectivity, superb power output (2x 500 watts at 4 ohms), and switching technology, offering high energy efficiency and significantly lower heat dissipation for longer life expectancy.
