Massteknik Expands Fleet with Five New Trailer Screens
Massteknik has invested in five new mobile screens to bring its total fleet of trailers to 21, ranging from 15m² to 88m². The state of the art new trailers reinforce the company's market leading position in Europe for the provision of large mobile screens for live events.
Massteknik´s new purchases include one 88m2 trailer, which will be one of the largest screens in Europe. This and the other four 56m2 mobiles feature the latest LED technology in a 16:9 format, making them perfect for widescreen format content regularly used for sporting and outdoor events, and for broadcast applications. The largest screen is folded into three parts with advanced hydraulic and even with its sheer size will still only take a skilled trailer technician less than 30 minutes to rig.
All five trailers will be delivered during the spring of 2008 and be available for rental throughout the summer season.
"We are pleased to be able to invest in these new screens for the coming live events season, meaning we can deliver the latest screen technologies throughout Europe and the UK," says Mikael Hallberg, MD for Massteknik.
"The application for our trailer screens continuously broadens, both with new events as well as geographically. With the European Championships in football just around the corner, our investment in five new screens is a natural step in Massteknik´s ongoing expansion," he says.
