Protonic Software with easyjob at PLASA
European leader in rental management software, Protonic Software GmbH, will unveil a plethora of innovative new features at the London PLASA show, September 7-10.
Among them will be easyjob DigiFleet (Digital Tachograph Reader). Now with easyjob 4.0 DigiFleet, users can import and analyse tachograph data and driver cards quickly and easily through their existing easyjob database. In addition to easy-to-read electronic reporting, this feature eliminates duplicate data entry.
The exclusive Freelancer Communication Pack utilizes the latest technology to manage everything from a personal calendar to contacts and billing. For example, availability requests and confirmations can be shared in real-time through one-touch e-mail and text messaging, eliminating "phone-tag" and other forms of delayed communication.
The easyjob Controlling Center module helps users manage capital expenditures and execute projects in the most cost-effective manner possible, so that rental equipment is yielding maximum profits instead of taking up inventory space. Features like the scanned document assignment function also take users one step closer to a paperless office.
With easyjob Webshop Integrator users can capture their customers Internet shopping cart requests and transfer them directly to an easyjob order form. Inquiries can be easily tracked and electronically processed.
