Robe Enjoys an Amazing PLASA Show
Robe lighting had a phenomenally busy PLASA 2008 show at Earl's Court in London, which saw the launch of its new ‘Digital' campaign and a major international roadshow, plus an incredibly successful party.
Featured products included the new DigitalSpots 7000 and 3000 DT moving lights and the REDWash 3•192 the first of Robe's powerful new moving head wash lights based on RED (Robe Emitted Diodes) technology. Three other RED technology products were also launched - the REDFlash 3•192, the REDStrobe 3•192 and REDMix 3•192. These, plus Robe's ‘workhorse' AT Series range were all on display and in action on another show-stopping stand designed and programmed by Robe UK's Nathan Wan.
The stand was packed with visitors throughout the show. The Robe team received lots of incredibly positive feedback from the myriad of existing clients and potential new ones.
The international "Robe Digital" roadshow - a major product awareness tour and workshop, currently scheduled to run until February 2009 - also received massive interest.
Robe also ran hourly new product demos throughout all four days of the show, which were full of visitors keen to see powerful features like the 3D projection capabilities of the new DigitalSpots, and all the new products in action.
While PLASA 08 emphasized the growing importance of digital technology in the quest for creative innovation, and Robe's commitment to offer lighting, visual and scenic designers the best and most flexible tools on the market, up in the demo room, another hugely exciting moment for Robe was a sneak preview of its new generation of plasma lamp technology based products.
Robe's fabulous Sunday night party moved to a new venue - the Café de Paris in central London, where the famous Robe Family hospitality was extended to over 400 revellers.
