Buddy Holly Rises From Thames
Shepperton based Thames Audio recently supplied full sound design and production for the 2009 UK Tour of ‘Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story'
The show utilises a range of Funktion One loudspeakers for Front Of House duties, controlled via a matrix of XTA DP448s. The varied monitor requirements are taken care of by EM Acoustics' discrete yet powerful EMS 61s with MC2 E4-75s handling all amplification needs.
Thames director, Peter Cox explained: "It has proved to be a fantastic opportunity to combine a number of our most trusted and highly regarded products and the results speak for themselves."
Thames Audio has been sound supplier for ‘The Buddy Holly Story' since its conception over 20 years ago.
