Monacor\'s Competitive Digital Recorder

Monacor International's new DMR-140 digital recorder provides video recordings with MJPEG compression at a highly-competitive price.

The 4-channel digital recorder features a recording speed of up to 25 images per second at a resolution of 720 x 576 pixels. Besides the live full picture display, images from up to four cameras can also be displayed as a quad picture, while a hard disk with a maximum of 250Gb can be integrated as a storage medium.

The device can be triggered manually, time-controlled - or motion-controlled, and each camera features 12x12 sensor surfaces with adjustable sensitivity for the motion detection. Picture contrast, brightness, colour, and sharpness can be adjusted individually for each of the four cameras.

The video signals can be recorded in three selectable picture qualities and later be transferred to a PC for review purposes via the USB2.0 interface. The quick search function allows for the password-protected DMR-140 to conveniently find detected and recorded events by time list, date list, or event list.

The DMR-140 is supplied with an informative instruction manual, a remote control, a changing frame for hard disks and a USB connection cable. The video inputs and the video output are equipped with BNC jacks. A power supply of 12V/3A is required for operating the DMR-140 and can be achieved by connecting the supplied PSU to the mains.

A complete specification for the DMR-140 is available on the Monacor website.
