Ard Soilse Opens the Show at UL
Irish rental company Ard Soilse Productions Ltd provided lighting, rigging, staging and production services to 8 Ball Promotions for the official opening of the new boat house in the University of Limerick in September.
To mark the prestigious event, Delorantos and The Blizzards performed in a large Circus tent beside the new building.
Due to the tight time-frame, and high standards required, Ard Soilse project manager Joe Betts decided that a Litestructures 520PRO ground support system, coupled with a lighting rig based on Elation Design Spot 300E fixtures was the way forward.
"The event required a big look that could be built in difficult conditions in just four hours!" said Joe Betts. "Our Elation and Litestructures systems are extremely versatile, and perform perfectly every time, making them a natural choice for high profile events such as this."
