Events with KME Pano in Germany

Hal-Tronic is a new series of events starting on 12th September in the Halle Messe Arena. Top DJs like DJ Kalkbrenner, Steve Murano and Marc Electrique played on two floors for about 2500 party people. For the 3600sqm wide hall with 250m truss construction for light and sound Jürgen Dorn from company Dorn u. Kannegießer Showtechnik GbR decided for the K.M.E. Line Array Pano. Five arrays with two low-mid-units QLM 115, seven line source units QL 906 and a QL 1215 plus 38 subs amplified by system racks SR 7100 provided the snappy, powerful techno beat in the whole hall. Ideal for the techno sound are the QLM 115 as they deliver very powerful, deep mids. The complete sound system was installed directly above the two-storied 64sqm DJ-desk and radiated 360° with an enormous SPL.

The Highland Game season 2009 started on 11th and 12th July with the games at the castle park Eichtersheim in Angelbachtal. The next one took place from 19th to 20th September in the castle park Machern near Halle / Saale. The mix out of competitions, show and music attracts thousands of spectators and participants every year. Besides the strongest men and women in the typical Highland Game disciplines they also chose the best pipe bands and highland dancers. The competitions were supported by Irish and Scottish folk music on a few stages. For the reinforcement of the competition places and the stages company Jam-Sound Veranstaltungstechnik under the direction of Markus Taubert used the K.M.E. Line Array System Pano and systems of the Prestige series. On the main stages 16 QL 906 and two low-mids QLM 115 plus subs QBH 1181 T as main PA and monitors MFT 1152 F were installed. Amplifing and controlling came from amps SPA 3200 MP, SPA 2400 MP and digital controller DAP 26 plus CAN-port. The side stages and competition places were equipped with smaller K.M.E. systems.

On 17th September the national music award took place at the Audi center Charlottenburg. The gala was presented by Marco Schreyl known as presenter of "Deutschland sucht den Superstar". The winners were Tokio Hotel, Silbermond, die Fantastischen Vier, Fettes Brot, Cinema Bizarre and Polarkreis 18 as well as some newcomer bands. The event gives the possibility to young bands to meet representatives of the record industry.

The company Ing. Art Medien- und Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH from Berlin was responsible for the reinforcement of this event. Managing director Wilfried Kälberer decided for 12 line source units QL 906. The modern architecture of the location with steel and glass required a special reinforcement solution - optimally therefore are the subs QCB 318 with a cardioid dispersion and a front-to-back damping of more than 20 dB in a wide frequency range.

The Line Array System Pano could convince organisers and public again with super sound. The users commend the easy handling which is followed by an uncomplicated set-up and a quick implementing of the system. Jürgen Dorn, Markus Taubert and Wilfried Kälberer could also count on the rental pool of K.M.E. The manufacturer supports the users with additional material if necessary and with the planning of their events.
