ABTT/ETC Christmas Party Draws Top Names
In what has become the "must go" Christmas event, some 250 people attended the joint ABTT/ETC Christmas party 2009, held at London's Theatre Royal in Drury Lane on Friday 11 December. The theatre's Grand Salon saw some of the most important and well respected people in the theatre industry, including theatre consultants and owners, architects, lighting designers, system specifiers and technicians.
Mark White, chairman of the ABTT and also regional manager for UK and Ireland at ETC, says: "Now into its eighth year, the annual Christmas party is a unique opportunity for all manner of theatre people to get together. I really enjoy being the host and watching our guests relaxing and having a good time. By the end of the afternoon some were particularly relaxed."
