Alcons to Host Seminar at evenTech Scotland
Alcons Audio UK will once again be participating in evenTech Scotland which, following a successful debut in 2008, has increased in size and moved to its new location of the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre in Glasgow.
Alcons will be displaying its LR7 micro pro-ribbon line-array, the latest - and smallest -member of Alcons' successful pro-ribbon line-arrays. With a width of just 3 CDs and a height of 1.5 CDs, the LR7 is ideal for A/V projects where very compact form factor with perfect line array throw and imaging are required.
To enable visitors to get an idea of the quality performance of Alcons sound systems, low-SPL demonstrations with the VR8 compact monitor and the BF151 bass system will take place on the stand.
Additionally, at 11am on Thursday 26th, Alcons Audio will host a seminar on pro-ribbon transducer technology. In this one-hour session, an explanation will be given on the history and technical background of this ‘new' method of sound reproduction and real-world implementations will be explained.
Those curious about the Alcons' sound experience are invited to visit Stand B6, Hall 2.
