PRG's Curry Grant named VP Concert Touring
Production Resource Group, LLC (PRG), has named Curry Grant vice president, concert touring. Grant will continue to be based in PRG's Los Angeles office.
Grant joined PRG in 2004 when the company merged with Vari*Lite Production Services (VLPS). His career has spanned more than three decades in the concert lighting field, including assignments as a freelance lighting designer in the 1970s and ‘80s for top touring acts including Fleetwood Mac, Supertramp, and Crosby, Stills & Nash. His lighting designs can be seen on numerous HBO Concert Specials and MTV videos produced for performers such as Hall & Oates, Aerosmith, Whitesnake, and Stevie Nicks. During that time, Grant also received numerous nominations for VHA Monitor awards, including Best Lighting Director.
"Curry is a huge asset to our team. He is an industry veteran with unmatched experience and he provides our clients with the highest level of support and service," said Mickey Curbishley, PRG's president, concert touring.
