Studiomaster Appoints Max Lindsay-Johnson International Sales Manager

Studiomaster, the UK-based manufacturer and supplier of professional audio systems, has announced the appointment of Max Lindsay-Johnson (pictured) to the post of International Sales Manager. Max brings over 14 years of pro-audio experience to the company, and his initial remit is to grow the worldwide distribution network of the Studiomaster brand.
Following its acquisition last year by the Soundking Group Company Limited, China, Studiomaster is introducing a number of new products at this year's Frankfurt Music Messe (Stand B60, Halle 4.1, 1st - 4th April 2009).
Max Lindsay-Johnson was formerly managing director of Harman Pro UK, and was responsible for establishing the company. He commented on his appointment:
"Studiomaster has a substantial pro-audio heritage, stretching back to the mid 1970s, and is a well-respected name worldwide. My appointment coincides with the brand's re-launch, and I couldn't be joining the company at a more dynamic time in its history! Studiomaster has been re-organised, new products have been designed, and it's on track to becoming a world-class brand. Our new product portfolio has its emphasis on quality and choice at very competitive price points, with an excellent selection of innovative products that address the MI, live and install sectors. My target is to ensure that the Studiomaster brand achieves its planned growth over the next few years and, with the additional resources now available to us, this promises to be a successful and rewarding experience - for the company and its customers alike."
The expanding portfolio of Studiomaster products, on display at Frankfurt, encompasses passive and self-powered loudspeakers, mixing consoles, powered mixers and audio processors - including the Studiomaster VMS vocal management system - plus a range of problem-solving systems for installation contractors.
