Eat To The Beat on Tour with Ultravox

Ultravox returns to the road celebrating an unbelievable 30 years since the release of the iconic tune ‘Vienna'. Keeping the crew, production teams and artists tastefully sustained on tour are caterers Eat To The Beat, also approaching their own milestone of 25 years tour catering.
The ‘Return To Eden' tour, promoted by Live Nation, plays 17 dates across the UK throughout April and May to many sell out audiences. Two Eat To The Beat chefs, Rachel Collins and Ali Matthew, are travelling with the tour, carrying their own flight cased equipment and secret ingredients, utilising each venue facilities to prepare and serve three meals a day.
Rachel Collins, Eat To The Beat chef said: "Within the first two days we had established what everyone liked and are enjoying being able to serve a wide variety of food. There's a great team working on this tour and we are delighted to be involved."
Berenice Hardman, tour manager and production manager Dave Claxton have worked with Midge Ure since 1993 and have been involved with his solo acoustic and band tours across Europe over recent years. They have surrounded themselves with a trusted production team and Eat to the Beat was a carefully selected addition to the team, as Berenice explained: "An army marches on its stomach and it's my priority to keep them happy and healthy. We have worked with Eat To The Beat before, they always deliver and are head and shoulders above the rest - the white chocolate cheesecake is to die for!"
Dave (Claxton) echoed those sentiments, saying: "Out of all the caterers I prefer their food. Midge was recently a finalist on Celebrity Masterchef so he understands how pressurised the life of a chef can be! It always amazes me how they manage to produce such a varied spread at high standards in a wide range of conditions. They do it with humour and it's always great."
