J&C Joel used the recent PALME Middle East show to announce the introduction of J & C Joel UAE. The new office is in association with IBS Décor and provides a perfect partner to their event management and production company. Dubai maintains the lead in hosting the grandest events in the Middle East, and having a J&C Joel branch in Dubai means more expertise and reliability as well as greater cost effectiveness.
