Ard Soilse at Women of Ireland
Irish hire company Ard Soilse Productions Ltd provided 12 Elation Design 300E spot and wash fixtures to the Women of Ireland show which formed part of the impressive design by lighting designer Peter Canning of High-Res Lighting. The show, running for six weeks in the INEC in Killarney, is an innovative and exciting full stage concert production which showcases the next generation of Ireland's leading female performers.
The Elation Design Spot and Wash fixtures were selected because of their CMY colour mixing feature in both spot and wash. The event required a fixture in the 575W brightness range that could deliver smooth and subtle colour transitions, and this immediately ruled out many other fixtures, as most brands don't feature CMY in the spots until the 700W class, said an Ard Soilse spokesman. Thanks to this, and their highly efficient optical systems the Design 300E's were the best choice for the job.
The spectacular show runs until the end of August.
