New Lynx Mixer from Alto

Proel (International) has announced a new addition to Alto's dual-purpose Lynx mixer range - the Lynx MIX124 UM.
The MIX124 UM is a 12 input, 4 bus console, with a USB port and MP3 player onboard. Like all the Lynx series it is equally at home in live or recording applications, featuring studio grade noiseless mic preamplifiers, flexible EQ on the input channels and four aux out + bus for maximum flexibility.
Making the Lynx even more versatile is the assignable USB interface which allows the user to send to a PC either the L + R signal or the bus 1 + 2 signal. A second switch assigns the signal coming from the PC to the Master, or to selected input channels for further overdubbing. The MIX124 UM offers 4 mono inputs with gold plated XLR and balanced TRS jacks with low cut filter. It also offers 4 stereo inputs with TRS jacks and graphic LCD for MP3 and DSP control.
Ideal for a busy multi-role life, the Alto is small, measuring (W x D x H ) 415 x 400 x 115 (16.3" x 15.7" x 5 4/5") and weighs a mere 6.7kg (14.8lbs). It also comes with a universal switch mode power supply which automatically detects the AC voltage available, so it's perfectly suited to touring applications.
