PSCo Launch iBars for Event Hire
Trade AV rental specialist PSCo has invested in a new product for events and exhibitions. The iBar is a fully interactive bar system which produces stunning light and graphic effects on its bartop surface which reacts to the user's touch.
This stunning multi-touch system comes with a range of standard effects, from lily pads appearing under your touch to a ping-pong game for users to try out their interactive gaming skills. Users can choose one effect for your event or switch between a variety of content to suit the audience.
The bar can also be fully customised with the client's logos within a chosen effect, creating the wow factor for exhibition stands, events, product launches, parties or awards ceremonies.
It can also feature fully customised content shown on the bar, enabling the client to showcase a product range in an interactive presentation, play videos or communicate new innovations to event attendees.
The iBar is available for rental in 2m lengths for use as a posing table or fully functional bar, and comes on a specialised lifting solution to ensure ease of installation.
Mike Nield, PSCo's global rental director explained: "This is a great addition to our rental fleet and is part of a big investment we are making in interactive products to keep our proposition fresh and exciting for events and exhibitions. Our technical team has worked with the iBar to streamline its installation and ensure it can be in place and wowing the audience in less than an hour."
The system works through rear projection within the bar, projecting an interactive surface, with infra-red cameras to create the multitouch effect.
