New coolux Software Version 4.5 and More
coolux Media Systems has introduced the latest Pandoras Box Software 4.5, and the new Widget Designer PRO. With more than 50 new features included, Pandoras Box will be faster, easier to use and more powerful than ever. Highlights are multi-playback preview, virtual sites for offline project work and a new streamlined dark skin interface. The new clip-based editing and Bezier curves massively improve the programming workflow.
The company has recently been involved in several major projects worldwide including the opening ceremony of the Acropolis Museum in Athens which was accomplished by using 24 Barco R12s, five Pandoras Box and a Spyder Vista System for signal splitting. System provider P.C Podimatas Audiovisual S.A. in Greece was responsible for the event. The show was conceived and directed by Athina Rachel Tsangari.
In Canada they celebrated the Canadian Dream with AVH. "Celebrate the Canadian Dream" is an enchanting and informative new sound and light show running on the Province House, Prince Edward Island's Legislature and National Historic site. Canada's AVH Live Communications created this prestigious multimedia event. Two Pandoras Box's, a Media Player PRO, a Pandoras Box Media Manager STD and two Barco FLM HD 14 projectors were used to create the projection portions of the show.
In Germany coolux and Lightforce Showlaser Technology joined forces to create a cutting edge laser video system. Pandoras Box in combination with the new Lightforce laser product converged towards a new level of projection design. Real-time editing and time code based playback as well as 3D outline tracing formed the core features of the system.
