Paul Childerhouse Joins PSCo
Paul Childerhouse (pictured) has joined PSCo as special projects director, heading up the specialist distributor's sales and service teams to increase its skills and understanding from the client side, offering additional support for their clients on projects.
Paul joins PSCo from the role of CEO at trade only service company BITS. In his seven years with the company Paul headed up its sales force, introducing AV products to the company's business and managing large projects for the Royal Mail and BAA with JC Decaux. His expertise in managing the installation and service levels for flat panel display projects has meant that some of the country's largest roll outs of digital signage projects have run smoothly under his guidance.
His previous industry experience also includes working with Fujitsu at the introduction of plasma technology, later implementing the UK's first plasma onsite warranty scheme in the UK.
He explains: "The move to PSCo is a chance to work with like-minded people in a company that wants to add value, through technical expertise and new innovative technologies. I will be looking to reinforce the company's ties with manufacturers and build on the service levels that PSCo has developed to compliment its portfolio of advanced products."
PSCo managing director Stuart Holmes said: "Paul's appointment is a great introduction for PSCo and our clients. His background with a trade only service company means he will be a valuable resource for our integrators. Paul's service experience will allow us to develop our resources to be involved with more complex work, improving our ability to partner with our clients on projects."
