Reutlinger Cable Holders at PLASA
Walter Logan & Co showed the German Reutlinger range of cable holders on their stand at PLASA. As Reutlinger's UK representatives in the UK, their Peter Campbell told ET that there has been a lot of interest from the UK market in the type 50SV and 80SV holders, especially when the customer sees they have TUV and BGV certificates.
The 50SV and 80SV holders can suspend heavy loads from steel cables without any tools, and positioning a cable holder on any point along a cable is very simple, providing maximum flexibility when installing elaborate constructions. It has been estimated that these cable holders will reduce the time required for setting of cable suspension points by a factor of at least three.
