Shuttlesound Announces 2009 Electro-Voice ‘Big Day Out'
Following the success of last year's event, Shuttlesound has announced another Big Day Out, a celebration of all things Electro-Voice for the UK's pro-audio industry professionals. This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on with the full range of EV products, from the four different line-array formats to the latest in wireless microphones.
This event, which is free on registration, is to be held at the Reebok Stadium in Bolton on Tuesday 3 November. Interested parties should contact Jac Butler at Shuttlesound by phone or email to reserve their place, or ask their Electro-Voice dealer to arrange it.
The format of the one-day event will include presentations from leading engineers and designers on system set-ups and engineering techniques, as well as the latest developments in line array, processor, microphone and amplifier technology from Electro-Voice experts. It will distill all the EV data from international trade shows on both sides of the Atlantic, so, for anyone who owns or is contemplating owning an EV sound system, it will save a lot of shoe leather.
"Last year's event brought us so much positive feedback that we've committed to a regular conference," says Sean Maxwell, Shuttlesound's sales director. "Apart from the educational aspects, this event has proved to be a great networking opportunity for existing and potential users from all points on the installed and rental sound map."
