Alcons at Integrated Systems Europe 2010

Succeeding last year's very successful participation, Alcons Audio will again be exhibiting their pro-ribbon sound systems on "home-turf", at the forthcoming Integrated Systems Europe show in Amsterdam.
ISE is one of the few shows where Alcons displays both product groups at the same time: The general product line and the AV / Digital Cinema product line.
Main focus this year will be on two products, of which one is the already famous LR7 micro pro-ribbon line-array system, latest and smallest member of Alcons' successful pro-ribbon line-arrays. Featuring a single 6.5" woofer and the Alcons RBN401 4" pro-ribbon driver in a 15-degree vertical projection configuration. The 16 ohms impedance and a choice of 90-degree or 120-degree horizontal projection, makes the LR7 ideal for A/V projects, where very compact form factor with perfect line-array throw and imaging are required.
As a result of the increasing interest in Alcons sound systems for sound with picture, Alcons Audio will be introducing the CRMS system at the ISE show. The 3-way reference system is designed for A/V projects, high quality screening rooms, but also for high quality home theatre installations. Unique design feature is that the MHF section acts both as MHF section for the main/front system, as well as full-range surround system. This results in a very uniform sound stage throughout the entire listening area.
Also a selection of other Alcons products will be on the stand, such as the QR36 pro-ribbon column array system and the V-series, recently installed at Berns in Stockholm, Sweden, the Cavalli Club in Florence, Italy and the Buddha Bar in Beirut, Lebanon.
On-stand low-SPL demonstrations will be given with VR8 monitors and BF151 subwoofers.
