LITEC Develop Commercial Partnerships
LITEC has recently signed a commercial agreement with Kinesys
, specialists in the design, build and installation of motion control systems for the entertainment industry. The contract, which provides for the distribution of their systems in Italy, opens infinite possibilities of creation and management of dynamic events in theatres, TV studios, concerts, presentations and installations in the country.
Thanks to Kinesys chain hoists acquire a new level of performance. They are no longer passive elements to be used during mounting and dismantling phases, but they become powerful instruments integrated in the show. The already-existing chain hoists can therefore be transformed and adapted for the control of position and variable speed. The Kinesys range includes four product areas: consoles/software, controllers, interfaces and load cells, which complement Litec lines perfectly.
LITEC has worked in the entertainment sector of the rigging aluminium structures and control systems for many years. To be able to offer a complete range of products with precise and efficient service, the company has built up other important business relationships with international partners.
At the beginning of 2000 they signed a contract with Columbus McKinnon becoming first its Master Distributor and then its technological partner for the development of the EXE-Lodestar chain hoists that comply with the top level BGV-C1 standards. More recently LITEC came to an agreement with Manfrotto Group, the world leader in the development, production and distribution of professional camera and lighting supports for the photo and video market, through Manfrotto Entertainment products.
In taking these steps, LITEC intends to create strong synergies in the field. The company chooses only premium quality products to continue to supply innovative and integral solutions.
