Sona Sub Kling & Freitag ISE Highlight
A highlight at ISE 2010 in Amsterdam for first-time exhibitors Kling & Freitag was the inaugural public presentation of the prototype SONA SUB. This top quality passive subwoofer system is the ideal bass extension of the SONA 5 for any kind of media installation.
A particular challenge for the K&F design department were the requirements of integrability: compactness, high acoustic performance, hidden plug, flexible placement and/or mounting on floors, walls and ceilings. The unusual dimensions and the discreet visual appearance of SONA SUB therefore allows for its use as an element of interior design.
The importance of the lowest octaves and a dry, clean bass for an exceptional sound, many people are discovering only by experience. K&F say the SONA SUB in the install sound segment offers a singular musicality and a surprising performance potential.
The SONA SUB will be available from May 2010.
